• Commission Pricing: Custom commissions are priced at 20% above the cost of comparable non-commissioned artworks, reflecting the extra time and collaboration involved.

• Payment Terms: To initiate the project, a non-refundable 50% advance payment is required. The remaining 50% is due upon completion before the artwork is delivered.

• Flexible Deposit Usage: Should you have a change of plans, your deposit can be applied towards other available artworks in our online store.

• Shipping Calculations: Shipping costs, if applicable, will be determined based on the size and destination of the artwork.

• Licensing Options for Illustrations: For illustrations, we offer licensing options tailored to your specific requirements.

Please note, we do not accept returns for purchased artwork once it's delivered. However, if you've paid for an artwork that hasn't been shipped yet or an advance for a commission, you can utilize that amount towards another artwork from our online store.
